Mohit is Chief Delivery Officer/ Sr. VP, 15x Certified Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce trainer, blogger, writer, and a full-time father. With over 8 years of experience implementing Salesforce, and an obsession for innovation, he is ready to tackle any new project that comes his way. He has hands-on experience using the force.com platform to create and implement software applications. He is also skilled in creating & retaining long-term relationships, configuration, data migration, Apex Programming, Visualforce Pages, and SOQL. He is responsible for masterminding, outlining, and developing projects. He also looks after developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability & allocation, and delivering every project on time, within budget and scope.

Mohit is Senior Manager, 10x Certified Salesforce Architect, and a full-time father. Anand is a Salesforce Evangelist with over 10 years of experience in the IT Field. He joined the Salesforce ecosystem in 2014 helping customers to be successful with Salesforce, and joined Codleo to share the goodness with other developers around the world. He is goal-oriented, enthusiastic and always ready to help all. He is very disciplined towards work and always tries to be a powerful asset for the organization through his skill set & knowledge. He is based in New Delhi, with his family, and he tries to escape summers every chance he gets.

Sumit Ratawal is a 2x Salesforce certified Admin and Business Analyst whose ultimate goal is to actively learn and grow in the Salesforce environment. He is also keen to contribute to the growth of budding Salesforce Admins & Analysts in the Salesforce domain. He has demonstrated a history of working well with a team to achieve project objectives and inspire others to do the same. He loves building applications on the Salesforce platform and interacting with clients. He is a fun-loving trainer with whom you will enjoy learning.

Nikhil is one of the most gentle personalities and works as a Business Analyst in Codleo. Earlier he was a motivated Team Lead in Software development and maintenance with 9.5 years IT experience in Automation, C and C++ Technologies, proficient in Salesforce App building, Apex development and PL/SQL. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (B.E.) from MIT, Manipal. He led a team for onsite commissioning of Automation systems which involved project execution and close customer interaction. He has travelled to customer sites in China, Germany & Singapore for system implementation and training. He is very confident and poised in interactions with customers of all levels.

Gaurav Pahal is 2x Salesforce Developer and Consultant. He is passionate about building apps that are innovative and solution driven. He enjoys imparting the intricacies of Salesforce as a trainer as well as mentoring youngsters who are seeking to make Salesforce their career. Hailing from a small town, Gaurav is quiet by nature and a bodybuilder.

Vineet Rana is a certified marketing manager in Codleo. He is passionate about building brands, and his mission is to get amazing content out to everyone as much as possible. He has about 5 years of experience in the marketing field and 2 years on the Salesforce platform. He possesses many great leadership qualities and has the power to pick up things very easily. He is a very humble and friendly person. When he is not online, he loves cooking, lifting weights, and hiking in the Himalayas with his friends.

Gaurav Pundir is 7x Salesforce Certified Consultant whose ultimate goal is to actively contribute and continuously learn to grow personally and in his company.
